Is Zoom'Animaux free?
Yes, Zoom'Animaux is completely free to download and use on iOS and Android. The app is supported by Google AdMob advertising, which allows us to keep all content free of charge. No subscription or in-app purchases are required.
What age group is the app designed for?
Zoom'Animaux is designed for children aged 6 to 12. The interface is intuitive and the quizzes are adapted to different knowledge levels, making it suitable for a wide range of young learners.
Which devices are supported?
Zoom'Animaux is available on iPhone and iPad (iOS 15 or later) and on Android smartphones and tablets (Android 8.0 or later). The app is optimized for both phone and tablet screen sizes.
Which languages are supported?
The app is currently available in 14 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish, Polish, Greek, Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, and Korean.
Why do I see ads in the app?
Zoom'Animaux uses Google AdMob to display ads, which allows us to keep the app entirely free. Ads are served by Google and comply with their family-friendly advertising policies. You can learn more about how Google uses data in our Privacy Policy.
The app crashes or doesn't work properly — what should I do?
First, try closing the app completely and reopening it. If the issue persists, ensure your operating system is up to date, then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If problems continue, contact us at agence@ensenha.com with your device model and OS version.
How do I report a content error or incorrect information?
We take accuracy seriously. If you spot an error in any animal fact card or quiz, please email us at agence@ensenha.com with the species name and the incorrect information. We will review and correct it as soon as possible.
Is there a web version of the app?
Currently Zoom'Animaux is only available as a mobile app on iOS and Android. There is no web version at this time.
How do I delete my data?
Zoom'Animaux does not collect or store personal user data on our servers. Your quiz progress is stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app. Advertising identifiers used by Google AdMob can be reset in your device settings under Privacy.
