This Privacy Policy explains how Zoom'Animaux ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Zoom'Animaux mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of children who use our App.

Zoom'Animaux does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal information from its users on our own servers. The App does not require account creation, registration, or any personal data submission to function.

To provide the App free of charge, we use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use the following types of data:

Zoom'Animaux is designed for children aged 6 to 12. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable regulations including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR provisions related to minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The advertising displayed within the App through Google AdMob is served in accordance with Google's policies for apps directed at children, which limits the types of data collected and restricts interest-based advertising for child-directed content.
Parents and guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information without their consent may contact us at agence@ensenha.com to request its deletion.
5. Data Storage
App preferences and quiz progress data are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers. This data is removed when the App is uninstalled.

9. International Users
Zoom'Animaux is available internationally. If you are located outside of France, please note that your information may be processed in countries where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
