By downloading, installing, or using the Zoom'Animaux mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
If you are allowing a minor to use the App, you, as the parent or legal guardian, accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the App.
2. Description of the App
Zoom'Animaux is a free educational mobile application designed for children aged 6 to 12. The App provides illustrated animal fact cards, high-quality photographs, and interactive quizzes covering hundreds of animal species across multiple categories.
The App is available on iOS and Android platforms and is free to download and use. It is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob.
3. Free Use and Advertising
Zoom'Animaux is provided free of charge. In order to maintain and develop the App, advertising is displayed within the App via Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements.
Advertisements are served in compliance with Google's policies, including their Families Ads Program where applicable. We do not control the specific advertisements served by Google.
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, photographs, illustrations, quiz content, interface design, and the App itself, is the exclusive property of the App developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content within the App without prior written authorization.
5. Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
- Use any automated tools to access or scrape content from the App
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content to third parties
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Children's Use
Zoom'Animaux is designed for children aged 6 to 12 and is intended for use under parental supervision, particularly regarding the advertising content displayed within the App. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the App's Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your use of the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party advertising providers.
10. Updates and Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
